A Past President and Fellow of the Academy of Management, he has authored two dozen books and numerous reearch articles on topics ranging from employee motivation and organizational behavior to cross-cultural management. He served as senior editor for the Journal of World Business and co-editor of The Global Mindset (2007) and the Cambridge Handbook of Culture, Organizations, and Work (Cambridge, 2009).
