Richard M. SteersRichard M. Steers is Professor Emeritus of Management and former Vice Provost for International Affairs at the University of Oregon. A Past President of the National Academy of Management, he has authored over two dozen books and numerous research aricles on topics ranging from employee motivation and organizational behavior to cross-cultural management. He served as senior editor for the Journal of World Business, co-author of The Global Mindset (2007), and co-editor of the Cambridge Handbook of Culture, Organization, and Work (2009).
