He started with drawing doodles, then portraits, and pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Media Arts and Animation in Los Angeles, California. He is a self-prolaimed Nerd and proud of it. As an illustrator based in Indonesia, he is discouraged by the fact that the country's literacy rate is at 60th out of 61 countries. Being able to draw for children's books, he dreams of encouraging kids to read more at a younger age.
