Troy Muilenburg

Troy Muilenburg is an award winning children's book author. His children's book Mommy Loves Baby won the Gold at the 2016 IBPA Ben Franklin Awards, for Best Children's Book ages 0-3. His second book co-authored with his wie Barb, Silly Zoo Is All I Can Say was awarded Creative Child Magazine's 2016 Book of the Year. With the release of Silly Zoo Is All I Can Say, Troy and barb started the Write Your Way program. This is a reading and writing program designed for Kindergarten thru 3rd grade. Students read the book and then draw and write their own story their way about their favorite animal with the provided worksheets. He has been the Head Men's Basketball Coach at Ellsworth Community College since 1999, he has assisted countless young men in pursuing their dream of playing college basketball but more importantly continue their education and earn their associates degree before they move on to a university for their Bachelor's degree. Troy and Barb have 5 children who were their inspiration in writing and publishing children's books.
