V. Mohini GiriDr. V. Mohini Giri is one of India’s most outstanding gender rights activists, and advocate for the vulnerable and less privileged. She is the Founder Chairperson of the Guild for Service; A founding member of the Women’s Initiative for Peace in Sout Asia; Founder of the War Widows Association; Chairperson of India’s National Commission for Women; and chair of the Review Committee on the National Policy for Older Persons.
