William Neil MartinWilliam Neil Martin spent his childhood in Gulfport, Mississippi. At the age of 18 he moved with his family to South Gate, California. Following a two-year stint in the Navy, Mr. Martin enrolled at Pasadena City College, where he earned a B.A. degreein Business Management. In subsequent years he would earn a B.S. degree in Police Science at Cal State L.A., followed by master's Degree from Pepperdine graduate school in Communication, then a second Masters degree from Claremont Graduate School, in Criminal Justice. While attending these schools he became a member of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, and after thirty years he retired at the rank of Captain.
