Zhang Lei
ZHANG Lei is Professor in The National Centre for Communication Innovation Studies at Communication University of China, Beijing. His research interests include: media studies and cultural studies, critical political conomy of communications, international communication, media sociology, and ethnographic study of the audience/users. One of his recent books is Anxiety and Hope: Study on Urban Poverty from a Media Sociological Perspective (Beijing: China Broadcasting Press, 2010).
