Zhou YunchuanZhou Yunchuan, Of Counsel of Jones Day Hong Kong office, focuses primarily on intellectual property litigation and adversarial matters in China. Prior to joining Jones Day, Yunchuan was an IP Judge at the Supreme Court of China where he handld 300 cases involving patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, technical contracts, and antitrust. He also participated to draft judicial interpretations. Before that, Yunchuan was a Judge at Beijing No. 1 Intermediate Court where he adjudicated more than 700 IP cases. Special experiences have enabled him gain a deep and unique understanding of IP law and litigation in China.
