About the Book

Are you one of the millions of mothers around the world suffering from anxiety?
Are you worried that your anxiety will trigger anxiety in your children?

As a first time mother and professional, Ada Perez worried that her anxiety would affect her young son. After years of struggling with constant worry and depression, Ada drew from her inner strength, courage, and small-town values to find her North, while conquering her deepest fears.

Ada Perez knows all too well what it feels like to juggle parenting and a professional career. When her fairy-tale life came crashing down after her divorce, she felt like even trying her best was not enough to succeed at parenting. Ada brings to light real scenes in the life of those who struggle with anxiety.

Whether you are an anxious mother who struggles with anxiety or are looking for ideas to ease the stressful environments around your children, you will relate to Ada's story and learn from her experiences as she shares her strategies on how to:

- Identify anxiety triggers that affect your daily routine
- Get ideas to help you connect with your child at a deeper level
- Enjoy more moments of calm with your children

The perfect anxiety-relief gift for you and your children, Anxious Mom, Anxious Child: A Mother's Journey from Anxiety to Serenity is a poignant memoir of self-acceptance, compassion, and unconditional love that every mother can relate to.
