Ringle is a Full Professor and Managing Director of the Institute for Human Resource Management and Organizations (www.tuhh.de/hrmo) at the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) and Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Business, an Law Professor at the University of Newcastle (Australia). He holds a Master s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas (KU), received his Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Hamburg (UHH), and has been a Visiting Researcher at various distinguished universities. His research mainly addresses the management of organizations, strategic and human resource management, marketing, as well as quantitative methods for business and market research. His research in these fields has been published in well-known journals such as "Advances in International Marketing, ""International Journal of Research in Marketing", "Journal of Business Research", "Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice", "Journal of Service Research", "Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science", "Long Range Planning", and "MIS Quarterly".
